- security assessment of risks, being services in class 45.
The trade mark's sole owner is Scott William McEwan, Managing Director of Pelagus Pty Ltd.
Pelagus Pty Ltd is not affiliated with any other product or service which uses the word Pelagus.
Internet
Mr McEwan is also the sole owner of the internet domain names pelagus.com.au; pelagus.nz; maritimesecuritymanagement.com and maritimesecuritymanagement.com.au.
